Transistoren – Funktion und Einsatzbereiche
Transistoren sind halbleiterbasierte Schaltelemente, die als Verstärker oder elektronische Schalter verwendet werden. Sie steuern den Stromfluss durch eine kleine Steuerspannung oder einen Steuerstrom und sind zentrale Bauteile in nahezu jeder Elektronikschaltung.
Einsatzbereiche:
